At Linea, filler treatment is planned around anatomy, proportion and facial balance rather than chasing individual lines. Hyaluronic acid is naturally present in skin and connective tissue; cosmetic fillers use stabilised hyaluronic acid gels designed for specific depths and treatment goals.

A structured facial assessment is completed before treatment, including previous filler history, dental or skin infection risk, facial surgery, medical history and photographs. Product and amount are selected for the anatomical area and treatment objective. Skin is cleansed carefully and filler is placed using a needle or cannula according to the plan. The volume used is documented, and conservative correction is preferred.
Filler can support lip definition and shape, cheek and mid-face support, chin projection and profile balance, jawline definition in suitable patients, selected nasolabial or marionette folds, perioral support and non-surgical profile refinement where appropriate.
You can usually see an immediate change, although swelling can temporarily exaggerate the result. The settled result develops as swelling reduces over the following days to weeks. Longevity varies by product, area, movement, metabolism and volume. Filler is not permanent and cannot stop the ageing process.
Filler is normally deferred during pregnancy or breastfeeding, active dental or facial infection, herpes outbreak, inflamed skin, significant uncontrolled illness, or after a serious previous filler reaction. Previous permanent filler, facial surgery, anticoagulant treatment, bleeding disorders, immunomodulatory medicines and a complex allergy history need individual assessment.
