Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all treatments and courses of treatment booked with the clinic. By booking an appointment you accept them.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

All treatment follows consultation and written informed consent. We will explain the expected outcome, the risks, the alternatives and the likely cost before you consent.

Individual results vary. No specific outcome is guaranteed, and any images shown are of individual clients rather than a promise of your result.

You must tell us about your medical history, medications, allergies and previous aesthetic treatment. Withholding relevant information may make treatment unsafe.

Payment is due in full on the day of treatment unless agreed otherwise. Deposits are handled under our booking policy.

Courses are paid for in advance and are valid for twelve months from purchase. Courses are non-transferable and non-refundable once started, except where treatment is discontinued on clinical grounds.

Prices are subject to change. The price quoted at your consultation is the price you pay for that treatment plan.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, tell us. Most concerns are resolved quickly by talking to the practitioner who treated you.

Formal complaints should be made in writing to the clinic. We will acknowledge within five working days and respond substantively within twenty working days.

If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate to the relevant professional regulator or to an independent adjudication service, and we will provide those details on request.
