Booking Policy

A deposit is required to secure all treatment appointments and is deducted from the balance on the day. Consultation fees are payable at the time of booking.

Consultation fees are redeemable against treatment booked within three months of the consultation.

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. With that notice, your deposit is transferred to your new appointment.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and appointments missed without notice, result in the loss of the deposit. Appointment time held for you cannot usually be filled at short notice.

Where a cancellation is due to illness or an emergency, contact us and we will deal with it reasonably.

If you arrive more than fifteen minutes late we may not be able to complete your treatment safely within the remaining time, and the appointment may need to be rescheduled with the deposit forfeited.

Where a shortened treatment is possible and safe, we will offer that instead.

All treatment is subject to consultation and clinical suitability. We may decline to treat where it would not be in your interest, and no treatment will proceed without informed consent.

Where treatment is declined on clinical grounds, any deposit paid is refunded in full.

We do not treat under-18s for cosmetic purposes, and photographic ID may be requested.

A two-week review is included with first-time toxin treatment and is not charged for. Adjustments identified at that review are included.

Reviews for other treatments are arranged as clinically appropriate and will be explained at your appointment.
