They are used to support hydration, fine texture and the appearance of skin quality, particularly in delicate areas such as around the eyes where adding volume may not be the preferred approach. The evidence base is still developing, so this is offered as a gradual skin-quality option rather than a guaranteed regenerative procedure.

After consultation, the exact product, source material and approved treatment area are confirmed. Small injections are placed according to the manufacturer protocol. Temporary papules, swelling and bruising are common. A course is usually planned rather than judging the treatment from a single session.
It is considered for fine crepey skin, periocular skin-quality concerns, dull or texturally aged skin, areas where subtle improvement is preferred to added volume, and general skin-conditioning programmes where clinically suitable.
Results are usually subtle and progressive. The aim is improved skin quality rather than structural volume. No injectable treatment can guarantee permanent collagen regeneration or reverse ageing, and we will not describe it that way.
Pregnancy or breastfeeding, active infection, inflammatory skin disease, significant allergy to source material, uncontrolled autoimmune disease, active malignancy unless medically cleared, or a previous serious reaction may make treatment unsuitable.
