Book NowThis treatment combines microneedling with an advanced topical applied according to the manufacturer instructions: either MediMD LACTOSOME 55, whose extracellular-vesicle ingredients derive from Lactobacillus and green tangerine sources, or Purasomes NC150+, which combines extracellular-vesicle ingredients with PDRN, hyaluronic acid, peptides, amino acids, vitamins and antioxidants. The microneedling provides the controlled stimulus; the topical is intended to support hydration, recovery and skin condition.

The needling does the work; the topical supports recovery.
Your skin is assessed exactly as for microneedling. A sterile single-use cartridge is used and device settings are adjusted to the treatment area. The topical is applied according to its intended route. It is not injected. Product batch, device details and skin response are recorded.
It is considered for dullness and dehydration, uneven texture, fine lines, enlarged pores, mild pigment irregularity, selected superficial acne scarring, photodamage, and for anyone wanting a more intensive microneedling programme.
The microneedling component drives the established controlled-injury response. The topical product is intended to support skin condition and recovery. Results vary, and this is not presented as permanent regeneration or a reversal of ageing.
The usual microneedling contraindications apply, including active infection, inflamed skin disease, impaired healing, significant keloid tendency, immunosuppression, poorly controlled diabetes, open wounds or suspicious lesions. Ingredient allergy or sensitivity is also considered.
