The cause of hair loss is assessed first. The scalp is cleansed and microneedling is performed with a sterile single-use cartridge using settings appropriate to the scalp. The selected product is applied topically according to its instructions. Cosmetic exosome serums are not injected unless a specific UK-authorised medicinal product permits that route.
It is considered for selected early hair-density concerns after diagnosis, scalp-conditioning programmes, and for people suitable for microneedling who want a regenerative topical adjunct.
Changes in density or shedding are not guaranteed. The treatment cannot reliably recreate destroyed follicles, and it is not marketed here as proven superior to established therapies.
Active scalp infection, open wounds, undiagnosed inflammatory or scarring alopecia, significant immunosuppression, impaired healing, pregnancy where suitability is not established, or allergy to product components are reasons to defer.
